*You must have your old phone for this procedure to work. If you do not have the old phone, please put in a ticket and DCIT will help set up the new phone.
1. From vantagecu.okta.com, click on your name in the top right corner and go to settings:
2. Scroll down to Security Methods and click “set up another” next to Okta Verify:
3. Login with your network password. This will send a push to your old phone:
4. Once logged in, click set up:
5. Follow the instructions to download the Okta Verify app and add your new phone:
6. Once the app is on your phone, select add account and follow the instructions in the app and scan the QR code. Allow camera access and push notifications during set up:
7. Once the account is added, lock your computer and login in normally:
8. Your computer will connect to Okta:
9. Check the box to Enroll/Re-enroll device for offline:
10. On your new phone, click the + symbol in the top right or Okta Verify App and choose "Organization". Then click "ready to scan":
11. Scan the QR code on your computer:
12. On your phone, choose done:
13. On your computer, enter the code displayed on the "Offline Code" in the Okta Verify App on your phone:
Your new phone is now set up!
